There are many waterfalls in the Eastern Region, but Asenema is only 15 minutes from Akropong and just 5 minute walk from the main road along a marked trail. Asenema waterfall feeds a lively little stream nearby. The falls usually has a very good flow in the rainy season. The drive to get to the falls is wonderfully scenic, with beautiful views across the rolling hills that are so typical of the region.-

• Departure from Accra (7:00 AM): Begin your journey from Accra, heading towards the Eastern Region. The drive to Asenema Waterfall takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic.
• Arrival at Asenema Waterfall (9:00 AM): Upon reaching the vicinity, park your vehicle near the trailhead. The waterfall is a short 5-minute walk from the main road along a marked trail.
Mid-Morning:
• Exploration and Relaxation (9:15 AM – 11:00 AM): Spend time appreciating the serene environment of the waterfall. The area is ideal for photography, relaxation, and enjoying the sounds of nature.
Late Morning:
